Lion One Metals Limited engages in the acquisition, exploration, and evaluation of mineral resources in Fiji. The company's principal property is the 100% owned Tuvatu Gold project, which comprise four special prospecting licenses covering an area of approximately 13,619 hectares located on the island of Viti Levu in Fiji. The company is headquartered in North Vancouver, Canada.

History

Lion One Metals is led by experienced mining professionals with expertise in geology, engineering and finance. The company was formed by Dr. Alexander (Sandy) Stares in 2009. In 2013, Lion One Metals acquired the advanced high-grade Tuvatu gold-copper-cobalt resource in Fiji and has since completed extensive exploration and metallurgical test work programs, culminating in completion of a prefeasibility study in 2019.
