LSR Group was first founded in 1956, and in the years since, it has grown to become one of the largest diversified real estate companies in Russia. In 2017, the company’s total revenue was 90 billion rubles and its market capitalization on the Moscow Exchange was 94.5 billion rubles. LSR Group has gone through a number of acquisitions and mergers over the years, including the acquisition of ZIL-Yuginvest, a construction materials manufacturer, in 2012, and the merger with STOCKMANN, a Russian retail chain, in 2016.
