Manthan Dave is a software engineer and entrepreneur, with over 10 years of experience in digital asset management, ecommerce payments, algortihmic trade execution, and software development. As the Co-Founder and Co-CEO of Palisade Inc, Manthan is spearheading its mission to provide businesses with unparalleled solutions for safeguarding their digital assets.
Before co-founding Palisade, Manthan was a Senior Software Engineer at Ava Labs, where he drove innovative solutions across blockchain and EVMs.
Prior to this, Manthan was Staff Software Engineer at Ripple, contributing to the development of cutting-edge systems such as On Demand Liquidity payment settlement orchestration and algorithmic trade execution.

Manthan holds a Bachelors of Engineering (BEng) in Software Engineering from The University of Greenwich.
Manthan Dave began his career as a Software Engineer at GWizards in London, where he worked on the NHS SHREWD project, developing a mobile application and creating web services to enable secure client-server interaction. In June 2012, he joined IBM in Hursley, Winchester, as a Software Engineer. At IBM, he was part of the WebSphere MQ and WebSphere Broker Infrastructure team and served as the Operational Lead for IBM Integration Bus v9, which earned him the IBM Excellence and Eminence Award in 2012/13.
In July 2014, Manthan joined Capital One in Nottingham as a full-stack Software Engineer in the UK Software Studio. Over the next four years, he progressed to Senior Software Engineer and then Principal Associate Software Engineer. At Capital One, he was instrumental in designing and developing identity and access management services, multi-tenant architectures, and the UK's first Multi-Factor Authentication solution for the company. He also played a key role in influencing the adoption of Amazon Web Services and fostering a culture of innovation through internal tech talks and community engagement.
In July 2018, Manthan moved to Ripple in London, where he initially worked as a Senior Software Engineer and later as a Staff Software Engineer. During his nearly three years at Ripple, he led the development of the v4 decentralised payments protocol, known as RippleNet, and worked on On-Demand Liquidity, facilitating over $1 billion in monthly cross-border payment flows. In May 2021, he joined Ava Labs as a Senior Software Engineer IV, where he led the research and implementation of a fast sync algorithm for the Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) chain, significantly reducing blockchain sync time from three weeks to 30 minutes.
In March 2022, Manthan founded Palisade Inc in London, a digital asset custody platform for web3 developers, small businesses, creators, and dreamers. Later, in December 2022, he expanded his entrepreneurial efforts by founding Palisade Financial SAS in Paris, a PSAN-registered company providing digital asset custody services across Europe. Through his ventures, Manthan continues to drive innovation in the digital asset and financial technology sectors.
