Mapletree Industrial Trust (MIT) is a real estate investment trust (REIT) that was launched in October 2006. At that time, MIT was the first industrial real estate trust to be listed on the Singapore Exchange (SGX). It was established with an Initial Portfolio of 8 industrial and business park properties worth S$1.41 billion.
