History

Maytronics was established in 1983, specializing in white goods manufacturing. In 1993, it became the exclusive distributor of IPX Robotix high-end robotic pool cleaners in Israel. This marked Maytronics first foray into pool cleaning and robotics, and in 1999 it acquired its own pool cleaning robot manufacturing facility. Since then, the company has grown substantially and has become the global market leader in robotic pool cleaners.
