The company was formerly known as BRE Bank S.A. and changed its name to mBank S.A. in November 2013. mBank S.A. was founded in 1986 and is headquartered in Warsaw, Poland. mBank S.A. is a subsidiary of Commerzbank AG.
History

In 1999, mBank launched its first digital banking product—a savings account that enabled customers to access their accounts online. Since then, mBank has become a leader in digital banking, offering a comprehensive range of integrated financial products and services.
