Recently, Mehmet Sami founded a Corporate Advisory and M&A Boutique named "Pretium Advisory" in Istanbul. Pretium Advisory plays a dual role by assisting corporates, multinationals, and financial sponsors in market entry strategy and M&A execution, while also providing corporate advisory solutions to banks, international financial institutions (IFIs), and other corporates.
