History

Minsa was founded by two brothers in 1889 in France. They revolutionized the baking industry by introducing a higher level of flour standardization, helping to make its products more consistent and reliable. The company first moved its operations to the United States in 1925, and since then has become a worldwide leader in grain-based foods.
