She currently serves as Global Director of Strategic Partnerships & Communications at Agriculture Innovation Mission for Climate (AIM for Climate), a joint initiative by the United States and the United Arab Emirates aimed at increasing investment in climate-smart agriculture and food systems innovation through 2025. Since its launch, AIM for Climate partners have mobilised significant funding and built a coalition of over 600 partners.
 

Natasha is the founder of The World We Want Studios, a media company producing feature films, television content, and global campaigns that intersect culture, capital, and impact. The studio’s work spans financing, production, distribution, and marketing, including projects such as In The Shadows, Lear Rex, Modi – Three Days in the Wings of Madness, and HOWL. The studio also leads global publicity for numerous titles and produces content for international agencies and philanthropic organisations.


She also founded The World We Want, a global impact consultancy that uses communications and creativity to mobilise resources and accelerate action on the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Through this consultancy, Natasha engages with governments, media, business, and technology sectors to influence policy and public opinion for social change.
 

Additionally, Natasha leads Sterling Global, a business strategy and communications consultancy established in 1995, providing counsel across multiple sectors, including government, corporate, and non-profit.


She was also India Director for the United Nations’ Global Goals campaign (SDGs), coordinating the launch and promotion of the SDGs to over one billion people in India.
 

Natasha holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) Honours degree in Sociology and Media from City, St George’s, University of London.

Biography

Natasha Mudhar was born with a passion for social change and a drive to create impact across various sectors. Her career has spanned multiple industries, including communications, filmmaking, and sustainable development. 
 

Natasha began her academic journey at City St George’s, University of London, where she completed a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Sociology & Media from 2001 to 2004. During her studies, she developed an interest in how storytelling could influence social change, which laid the foundation for her future career.
 

In 2004, Natasha founded Sterling Global, an independent business strategy and integrated communications consultancy. Over the years, she helped guide numerous organisations, from government agencies to corporate leaders, in driving change through strategic communications. 

 

Sterling Global became known for its work combining purpose and profit, providing strategic counsel across sectors, cultures, and platforms. Over two decades, Natasha built Sterling Global into a key player in transforming public opinion and shaping policy for governments, corporations, non-profits, and influential leaders.
 

In 2014, Natasha launched The World We Want, a global impact consultancy. Through this venture, she aimed to mobilise resources and create social impact by using the power of communications, creativity, and collaborations across different sectors. She worked closely with global leaders to push for action on the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), using storytelling and media campaigns to raise awareness and drive action. Natasha’s consultancy helped governments, businesses, and philanthropic organisations achieve measurable social change.
 

In 2015, Natasha became the India Director for the UN’s Global Goals campaign (SDGs), where she was instrumental in launching and promoting the SDGs to over one billion people in India. Her work was pivotal in mobilising widespread public support and engaging multiple stakeholders in the mission of achieving the SDGs by 2030. During this time, she spearheaded media campaigns, collaborated with influencers, and led the way in pushing India’s commitment to the SDGs.


By 2018, Natasha took another significant step by founding The World We Want Studios, a media company that combines storytelling with social impact. The studio produces films, television content, and global campaigns that intersect culture, capital, and impact. Its projects, including films such as In The Shadows, Lear Rex, and Modi – Three Days in the Wings of Madness, focus on addressing urgent global issues through commercially successful, culturally significant content. The studio also leads global publicity for over 250 titles, helping shape box office success and promoting socially resonant projects.
 

In 2021, Natasha became the Global Director of Strategic Partnerships & Communications at the Agriculture Innovation Mission for Climate (AIM for Climate), a joint initiative between the United States and the United Arab Emirates. AIM for Climate focuses on driving investment in climate-smart agriculture and food systems innovation to address climate change, hunger, and food insecurity. Since her appointment, AIM for Climate has mobilised $17 billion in funding and established a coalition of over 600 partners.


In addition to her business ventures, Natasha continues to serve as a strategic advisor and impact investor. She is also focused on her work to connect storytelling with social and environmental impact, aiming to make storytelling an investable asset class that can empower independent filmmakers and foster innovation.

She is actively involved in the AIM for Climate initiative, driving partnerships and communications that accelerate sustainable agricultural innovations.
