NPR was established on Nov. 7, 2012, based on the Act on Investment Trust and Investment Corporation (investment trust law) and was listed on the REIT Securities Market (J-REIT Market) of the Tokyo Stock Exchange (?TSE?) on Feb. 14, 2013 (securities code: 3283).
History

Nippon Prologis REIT, Inc. (NPR) was established in July 2011 when it received approval from the Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (MLIT). NPR started its business operations in December 2011. As of June 30, 2019, NPR has an investment portfolio of 28 properties, total leasable area of 1.37 million tsubo or 4.48 million m2 (1 tsubo = 3.3056m2). The Company’s portfolio consists of logistics centers, large-scale distribution centers, and industrial, commercial and retail properties.

Mission
The mission of Nippon Prologis REIT is to provide attractive returns from its logistics real estate investments in Japan. The Company principally targets the Tokyo metropolitan area and other major Japanese cities.

To be a leader in the Japanese logistics real estate market, creating value for its unitholders through quality service and innovative investments.
