Nippon Prologis REIT, Inc. (NPR) was established in July 2011 when it received approval from the Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (MLIT). NPR started its business operations in December 2011. As of June 30, 2019, NPR has an investment portfolio of 28 properties, total leasable area of 1.37 million tsubo or 4.48 million m2 (1 tsubo = 3.3056m2). The Company’s portfolio consists of logistics centers, large-scale distribution centers, and industrial, commercial and retail properties.
