The company offers public placement and private placement advisory services for financial institutions, corporates, and high net worth families; and transaction based advisory services, including business and portfolio valuations, purchase price allocation, and goodwill impairment, as well as strategic financial advisory, such as mergers and acquisitions transactions, restructurings, business modeling, change of control, going private, management buyout, and public private partnerships. It also provides wealth management services comprising management of limited investments to balance sheets management; Islamic banking products and services; oil and gas, and other industry services; information, communication, and technology services; and warehouse set up, running, maintenance, supervision, leasing, and supply services. In addition, the company operates Amman International Airport Hotel, a 4-stars hotel, as well as provides hospitality services and management of third party hospitality businesses; owns, operates, and manages residential and commercial complex, entertainment centers, and hotels and tourist facilities; and develops, leases, and operates real estate properties. Further, it manages discretionary and non-discretionary managed, custody, and pledged share portfolio equities, as well as mutual funds; invests in listed equities; and provides margin financing services.
