Summary
History
NPF Microfinance Bank started operations on 28th December 2012. It was incorporated by the Central Bank of Nigeria and was the brainchild of the Nigeria Police Force. The Bank was established in accordance with the Central Bank of Nigeria’s guidelines that micro-finance banks should be set up in order to cater for the financial needs of those at the bottom of the economic ladder. The Bank was born out of the realization by the Government of the Federal Republic of Nigeria that our citizens should benefit from financial services that are easily accessible and also conducive to economic and social development.
