Nurgün's expertise lies primarily in corporate banking, marketing, credit and risk management across various customer segments. From 2020 to 2021, she served as the Chief Lending Officer (CLO) at Yap? Kredi Bank, one of Turkey's largest private banks and a subsidiary of Koc Holding. In this role, she had overall responsibility for all corporate, commercial, and retail credit underwriting activities. This encompassed credit strategy development and execution, managing a team of over 500 professionals, and overseeing credit processes for corporate, commercial, SME, business banking, individual loans, project finance, M&A, and investment loans. Nurgün led the successful digital transformation of the credit business, particularly in the area of retail lending, and spearheaded various major digital projects.

Additionally, Nurgün Eyuboglu served as Co-Chair of the Sustainability Committee, where she had executive responsibility for project finance loans and played a key role in environmental, social, and governance (ESG) initiatives. She actively managed the loan portfolio, led syndication processes related to SMEs, and took a leading role in empowering women across all areas.

Between 2009 and 2013, Nurgün held the position of CEO at a market-leading company in the leasing sector. Her leadership skills were instrumental in driving change management, reorganization, digitalization, service level improvements, network integrity with the bank, and establishing robust governance structures. She also developed tailored products for vendors, fostered strategic partnerships with various stakeholders, and played a pivotal role in sectoral and regional meetings within the Financial Institution Association.
