She also worked in marketing and public relations roles at Netcall Plc and The PHA Group. She initiated a project to introduce 3D printing of phone cases in O2 stores to give customers hands-on experience with technology.

 

Her education includes executive programmes at LSE, Yale School of Management, and Wharton School. She holds a Professional Diploma in Marketing from CIM, an MA in Cultural & Creative Industries from King’s College London, and a BA in Media and Communication from Birmingham City University. She also studied Communications and Public Relations at the University of Bucharest.

 

Oana has volunteered with the World Organisation of the Scout Movement, serving as President of the Panaitescu Scout Group in Bucharest, managing activities for over 100 children and developing leadership skills early in her career.

Biography

Oana Andreea Jinga was born in Romania. She pursued her early higher education at the University of Bucharest from 2007 to 2009, where she completed a Bachelor’s degree in Communications and Public Relations. She continued her studies at Birmingham City University from 2009 to 2011, earning a BA (Hons) in Media and Communication with first-class honours. She then completed an MA in Cultural and Creative Industries at King’s College London in 2011–2012. She also obtained a Professional Diploma in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) in 2012–2013. Later, she attended executive education programmes in Negotiations at the London School of Economics in 2021, Accelerated Management at Yale School of Management in 2020, and Marketing Management at Wharton School in 2018.

 

Oana began her professional career in 2010 with The PHA Group as a Public Relations Executive. In 2013, she joined Netcall Plc as a Marketing Executive, managing all external communications across digital and traditional media. From September 2013 to April 2014, she worked at O2 (Telefónica UK) as Customer Loyalty and Retention Manager, overseeing loyalty programmes such as O2 Rewards and Priority. She then became Commercial Marketing Manager at O2 for seven months in 2014 and moved to Business Development Manager from September 2014 to January 2016, identifying new opportunities and partnerships to support business growth. In August 2014, she led a project at O2 to install 3D printers in retail stores to produce phone cases, allowing customers to gain first-hand experience with 3D printing.

 

In 2015, Oana co-founded BotsAndUs and led the company for eight years until January 2023, focusing on technology solutions and robotics. She joined Google in January 2016 as Retail Partnerships Manager in the UK, where she helped launch products including the Google Pixel phones, Google Home, and Nest. In September 2019, she became Strategic Partnerships Manager for EMEA at Google, managing cross-sector partnerships in the retail sector until February 2022. During 2018–2019, she served as UK Co-Lead for Xoogler.co, a community of over 25,000 Google alumni, employees, investors, and mentors, supporting startups.

 

In January 2023, Oana co-founded Dexory and became Chief Commercial and Product Officer. At Dexory, she leads the development of digital twin technology and autonomous robots to provide real-time insights into warehouse operations. Oana has also volunteered extensively. From 2006 to 2009, she served as President of the Panaitescu Scout Group in Bucharest under the World Organisation of the Scout Movement. She managed over 100 children, organised activities, worked with families, press, and authorities, and developed leadership and problem-solving skills.

 

Currently, Oana continues to lead Dexory as Co-Founder and Chief Commercial and Product Officer in London, driving innovation in warehouse automation, AI, and robotics while fostering strategic partnerships in the logistics and technology sectors.
