Oleg Kurchenko

Oleg Kurchenko is a serial tech entrepreneur, investor, and business leader in the blockchain industry. He is the Founder and CEO of Binaryx, a platform for tokenising real estate assets using blockchain technologies and DeFi instruments. 

Binaryx operates as a Real-World Asset (RWA) ecosystem, enabling investors to make real estate investments more flexible and assisting developers and agencies in tokenising their properties. Established in the beginning of 2023 Binaryx introduces standardisation in asset tokenisation. The company aims to modernise the real estate industry by combining traditional property markets with simple and innovative digital tools.

Oleg started his entrepreneurial career in 2012 when he founded his first software development company. In 2016, he also created a mining farm and a team of traders and developed trading robots. In 2016, Oleg co-founded Paytion, a financial services company and one of the first Telegram-based crypto neo-banks. 

As an investor, Oleg has been a part of VYMEX, a company that helps small and medium businesses streamline operations and supports new entrepreneurs with practical tools to build their businesses. Oleg has also served on the Investor and Management Board of Genius.Space, overseeing the development of a Learning Management System (LMS) used by over one million users.

In 2022, Oleg took on the role of Managing Partner at Unchain Fund, a blockchain-based initiative set up to aid Ukraine during its crisis. Through cryptocurrency donations, the fund supported relief efforts. Previously, Oleg also co-founded YouDigital.io, a full-service performance digital marketing agency delivering significant ROI for eCommerce retailers. Oleg has studied Software Engineering of Automated Systems at Kyiv National University (KNU).

He was born in Ukraine and pursued a Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering of Automated Systems at Kyiv National University (KNU), graduating in 2013. His interest in blockchain and cryptocurrencies emerged in 2014 when he started exploring the potential of this technology. By 2016, he had established a cryptocurrency mining farm, but a market crash in the same year tested his resilience. Instead of withdrawing from the field, he shifted his focus to building a team of traders and developing trading robots, demonstrating his adaptability and determination to explore new opportunities.

In 2016, Oleg co-founded Paytion, a financial services company. Paytion gained recognition as one of the first Telegram-based crypto neo-banks, introducing innovative approaches to digital payments and cryptocurrency management. This marked Oleg’s entry into the fintech sector, where he focused on developing tools to make financial transactions easier and more accessible for users.

Oleg has been involved in other entrepreneurial and investment ventures. In 2021, he became an angel investor in VYMEX, a platform designed to streamline operations for small and medium businesses. VYMEX provides frameworks to help new entrepreneurs build their businesses successfully. He also joined the management board of Genius.Space, where he contributed to the design and development of a Learning Management System (LMS) for over one million users.

Oleg played a key role in humanitarian efforts through blockchain during the Ukraine crisis in 2022. He served as Managing Partner of Unchain Fund, a blockchain-based initiative that raised cryptocurrency donations to support communities affected by the crisis. His contributions highlighted the potential of blockchain for global humanitarian aid.

From 2017 to 2022, Oleg co-founded and led YouDigital.io, a digital solutions company focused on developing innovative tools for businesses. Earlier in his career, from 2011 to 2017, he served as an Executive Distributor at Deta Elis, working on bioresonance healing devices. These roles reflect his broad expertise and ability to work across diverse industries.

Oleg launched Binaryx in 2023, a blockchain platform designed to revolutionise the real estate industry through asset tokenisation. As Founder and CEO, he led the development of the platform, which allows investors to access fractional ownership of real estate and enables property developers and agencies to tokenise their assets. Binaryx operates as a Real-World Asset (RWA) ecosystem, addressing gaps in infrastructure and standardisation in asset tokenisation. Under Oleg’s leadership, Binaryx has become a global platform headquartered in the United Kingdom aiming to merge traditional real estate markets with innovative blockchain solutions.

Currently, Oleg continues to lead Binaryx as its CEO, focusing on advancing blockchain technology in the real estate sector.
