History

Omron was founded in 1933 by inventor Kazuma Tateisi when he established the Tateisi Electric Manufacturing Company in Osaka, Japan. After over five decades of growth and expansion, Omron has become a global leader in the field of automation. With offices and factories in over 35 countries, the company has consistently focused on the development of technologies that improve safety, security, and convenience of its products.
