History

Pasona Group Inc. was founded in March 1967 as an employment agency in Osaka. The company was established by Naoaki Okamura, the current chairman, who introduced the concept of temporary employee agencies in Japan. Over the years, Pasona Group has grown into a global company with more than 200 offices in 30 countries.
