The Company is the sole general partner of the operating partnership and, as of September 30, 2020, owned approximately 97.4% of OP Units.

Founded in 2013, Physicians Realty Trust owns medical office buildings, inpatient and outpatient medical care facilities and other healthcare related real estate located in 28 states.
