Pimmi Pande is a British leadership coach, entrepreneur, and filmmaker, specialising in authentic leadership and personal transformation.
Pimmi Pande is a British transformational leadership coach, entrepreneur, journalist, filmmaker, and storyteller.
She is the founder of Pimmi Pande Coaching, an organisation focused on helping leaders, executives, entrepreneurs, and professionals develop authentic leadership, executive presence, confidence, and communication skills.
Her coaching philosophy centres on Radical Self-Acceptance, encouraging individuals to embrace their authentic identities, overcome self-doubt, and communicate with greater clarity and purpose.
With more than 14 years of coaching experience, Pande has worked with professionals across corporate, entrepreneurial, and creative sectors. Her clients include executives and teams from organisations such as Moody’s in London and Sparkasse Oberlausitz-Niederschlesien in Germany.
Alongside leadership development, she integrates storytelling, psychology, and emerging AI technologies into her coaching methodologies to support modern leadership and organisational transformation.
Beyond coaching, Pande has built a career in journalism, documentary filmmaking, and creative writing. She has directed documentaries, contributed to feature film productions, and interviewed global figures, including the 14th Dalai Lama.
Her work spans leadership development, creativity, communication, and social impact, while her advocacy extends to women's leadership through her role as G100 London Chair for Coaching & Training.
Pimmi Pande was born and educated in London, United Kingdom. She completed a Master's degree in International Journalism at City University London, developing an early interest in storytelling, communication, and international affairs. Her academic background provided the foundation for a career that would later combine journalism, filmmaking, coaching, and leadership development.
Early in her professional journey, Pande worked within journalism and documentary production before moving into the film industry in Mumbai, India. There, she collaborated on feature films and documentary projects, developing practical experience in visual storytelling, interviewing, script development, and production. This period strengthened her understanding of narrative as a tool for education, communication, and social impact.
A significant milestone in her journalistic career came in 2001 when she conducted a one-hour interview with His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama at his residence in Dharamshala, India. The discussion explored subjects including the Tibetan struggle for self-determination and wider humanitarian issues. The experience reinforced her commitment to using storytelling to explore complex global topics and amplify diverse perspectives.
Following her work in journalism and filmmaking, Pande transitioned into leadership coaching and professional development. Recognising that communication challenges often stemmed from deeper issues of confidence, identity, and self-perception, she established Pimmi Pande Coaching. Rather than focusing solely on presentation techniques, her programmes emphasise long-term personal transformation through what she describes as Radical Self-Acceptance. This philosophy encourages individuals to embrace their experiences, strengths, and vulnerabilities as the basis for authentic leadership.
Over more than fourteen years, she has coached business leaders, entrepreneurs, executives, and teams across multiple industries. Her coaching programmes cover executive communication, leadership development, public speaking, influence, confidence building, and organisational culture. Among the organisations she has worked with are Moody's in London and Sparkasse Oberlausitz-Niederschlesien, one of Germany's established regional savings banks.
As technology increasingly influences communication and leadership, Pande has incorporated artificial intelligence into aspects of her coaching methodology. She combines AI-enabled tools with human-centred capabilities such as empathy, active listening, emotional intelligence, and storytelling, positioning technology as a complement to authentic human communication rather than a replacement.
Alongside her coaching work, Pande continues to pursue creative projects. She is developing her first feature film, inspired by an adaptation of a novella previously explored by her father.
She is also writing a self-help and autobiographical book that explores her own experiences growing up in London during the 1980s, including experiences of racial discrimination, bullying, and leaving home at the age of seventeen. The book combines these personal experiences with leadership and coaching principles, encouraging readers to recognise the value of their individual stories and develop greater confidence in expressing themselves.
Pande's work is additionally featured in an upcoming documentary directed by award-winning filmmaker Alex Gabbay. The documentary examines identity, authenticity, and individual purpose, highlighting how personal experiences shape leadership, communication, and human development.
Currently based in Rome, Italy and London UK, Pande continues to coach leaders internationally while developing projects across leadership education, filmmaking, writing, and organisational transformation.
Pimmi Pande's vision is to help individuals and organisations build leadership cultures grounded in authenticity, self-awareness, empathy, and meaningful communication. She advocates for leadership that values human connection alongside innovation, encouraging people to develop confidence by embracing their authentic identities rather than seeking external validation. Through coaching, storytelling, and emerging technologies, she aims to support leaders in creating lasting personal, organisational, and social impact.
Pimmi Pande serves as the G100 London Chair for Coaching & Training, contributing to international initiatives that promote leadership development, education, and gender equality. Through this role, she supports programmes focused on empowering women leaders and expanding access to coaching and professional development opportunities.
Her coaching work has been recognised through collaborations with international organisations, including Moody's and Sparkasse Oberlausitz-Niederschlesien, where she has delivered executive coaching and leadership development programmes.
Her journalistic career includes conducting a widely recognised interview with His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama in 2001, discussing issues relating to Tibet and global humanitarian concerns. Her ongoing work in leadership, communication, and authenticity has also been selected for inclusion in an upcoming documentary by award-winning filmmaker Alex Gabbay, examining identity, authenticity, and personal transformation.
