History

PrairieSky was founded in August 2013 by the Board of Arc Resources Ltd. The company went public in August 2014 on the Toronto Stock Exchange. PrairieSky began trading under the ticker “PSK” in November 2014. The company has grown quickly, making major acquisitions in Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba and the Northwest Territories. It has added new oil and gas properties as well as royalty interests to its portfolio.
