The company was founded in 1986 and is based in Bengaluru, India. Prestige Estates Projects Limited is a subsidiary of Razack Family Trust.
History
The inception of the Prestige Group dates back to 1986, when the first business venture was launched in the form of Prestige Garments in Bangalore. With the vision of the founder, Mr. Razack Sattar, who contemplated the boom in the Indian real estate industry, the group made its foray into the real estate and hospitality sectors. In less than three decades, the group has expanded its operations across various verticals and various states in South India.
