According to our most recent Form ADV filed with the SEC, Pzena, a value-oriented investment management firm, provides professional portfolio management services to institutions and individuals.
History
The firm was founded in 1995 by Rich Pzena and Lisa Rapuano. After working together at Sanford Bernstein, Rich and Lisa identified a need in the investment management industry for a firm that adhered to a disciplined bottom-up research process dedicated to delivering long-term value for clients. Pzena’s portfolio management team was soon augmented with the addition of Steve Walsh – the three lead portfolio managers and founders remain with the firm to this day.
