As of December 31, 2021, it operated 23 branches in the Western region with branches in Los Angeles County, California; Orange County, California; Ventura County, California; Clark County, Nevada; Honolulu, Hawaii, as well as in Eastern region with branches in Manhattan, Brooklyn and Queens, New York; Chicago, Illinois and Edison, New Jersey. RBB Bancorp was founded in 2008 and is headquartered in Los Angeles, California.
History
RBB Bancorp was founded in 1992 as the parent company of First Women's Bank of Los Angeles, the first national charter bank founded by a woman. RBB Bancorp went public in 2004, and began trading on the NASDAQ stock market under the trading symbol RBB. In the years since then, the company has grown through a number of strategic acquisitions, becoming one of the largest banks on the West Coast with more than $3.3 billion in assets and nearly 40 banking offices.
