It was one of the first companies to recognize the tremendous potential of franchising, acquisitions, and partnerships to grow the business quickly and efficiently. Since then, Realogy has acquired numerous leading real estate companies, such as Coldwell Banker and Century 21, and grown into a leader in the industry.
