History

Realogy was founded in 2006, built on a long tradition of real estate excellence that dates back to 1906 with Heritage House Realtors, one of the first real estate brokers in the United States founded by brothers, Arthur and Eugene Francis Letts. It was one of the first companies to recognize the tremendous potential of franchising, acquisitions, and partnerships to grow the business quickly and efficiently. Since then, Realogy has acquired numerous leading real estate companies, such as Coldwell Banker and Century 21, and grown into a leader in the industry.
