Richelieu began in Quebec, Canada in 1929, when founder Aimé Robitaille opened a business in Saint-Georges-de-Beauce to supply regional hardware stores and lumber yards with building materials. Over the decades, Richelieu has grown to become an industry-leading supplier with a global reach.
