RSP Permian, Inc. is an independent oil and natural gas company engaged in the acquisition, exploration, development and production of unconventional oil and associated liquids-rich natural gas reserves in the Permian Basin of West Texas.

History

RSP Permian, Inc. was founded in 2011. The company has actively developed and acquired some of the largest leasehold position in the largest oil fields in the US. RSP has grown to become one of the largest independent oil and gas exploration and production companies in the United States, with operations throughout the Permian Basin and operations in the mid-continent, east Texas, north Louisiana, and south Texas.

RSP’s mission is to create, acquire and operate a diverse portfolio of oil and gas assets, enabling the company to deliver superior long-term financial returns to our stockholders.

Vision

Our vision is to become the premier U.S. production-based oil and gas exploration and production company by growing our asset base, generating attractive returns and creating long-term value for our stakeholders.
