He currently serves as a Partner and Co-Chair of the Litigation Practice Group at Cowan, DeBaets, Abrahams & Sheppard LLP.

Sholder's practice focuses on a wide range of legal matters, including copyright, trademark, false advertising, media defence, unfair competition, right-of-publicity, domain name, and commercial disputes. He represents and advises clients from various industries, offering strategic guidance and advocacy throughout the legal process. Sholder has appeared in federal and state courts across the country, as well as administrative and arbitral tribunals, handling cases from pre-suit negotiations to trial and post-trial procedures.

Prior to joining Cowan, DeBaets, Abrahams & Sheppard LLP, Sholder worked as a litigation associate at the renowned law firm Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP.
