History

In late 1992, Seacoast Banking Corporation was formed to acquire the assets of several small failed banks in central and southeastern Florida. The 1990s and 2000s saw several acquisitions and expansion. Seacoast Banking Corporation has become one of the largest public companies in Florida with total assets exceeding $7 billion.
