History

Seven Group Holdings was founded in 1995 by Kerry Stokes, a prominent Australian media proprietor. The firm initially operated four subsidiaries, including the Seven Network, Westrac, J&T Robinson and WH Soulsby. Over the years, the group has continued to expand its portfolio of investments, including Allianz Global Assistance, Coates Group, Yates, Higgins and AWB. The group has also made investments in sectors such as agtech, media, resources and energy.
