History

Sight Sciences was founded in San Mateo, California in 2008 with a mission to develop solutions that improve the health of eyes and empower the people who dedicate their lives to caring for them. Since then, we have built a strong capability in medical device design and manufacturing, combining the company’s unique engineering design and deep ophthalmic expertise. Our Team brings decades of cumulative experience in medical device R&D and a breadth of experience in various ophthalmic subspecialties and related industries.
