Siti Najaa Zulkifli is an Assistant Director of Innovation & Entrepreneurship Center at Asia School of Business. She obtained her PhD in Organic Chemistry from the University of Queensland (UQ) in 2016 and has a Bachelor degree in Biotechnology (with Honours Class 1) majoring in Drug Design and Development in 2011 from the same University. 

Prior to joining ASB, she worked with UQ as a chemistry university tutor handling total over 500 diverse groups of undergraduate students in tutorials, laboratories, and workshops in one semester. With her educational background in Chemistry, affords her two skills that are essential in Management: to “see” the world around in multiple dimension; and the “see” process, time, and entropy.

Dr. Siti's educational journey commenced at a prestigious Malaysian university, where she pursued a Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology (Honours) with a major in Drug Design and Development. Her dedication to her studies resulted in her achieving a Class 1 grade, reflecting her academic excellence and strong foundation in the field of biotechnology.

After completing her undergraduate studies, Dr. Siti continued to excel academically by pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Organic Chemistry at The University of Queensland. Her research and academic contributions during this period were nothing short of exceptional, solidifying her reputation as a scholar with a profound understanding of her chosen discipline.

Dr. Siti's commitment to academic excellence extended to her role as a Tutor/Demonstrator at The University of Queensland, where she dedicated six years to educating and guiding students in the field of chemistry. Her role as a mentor to high school students during the Australian National Chemical Analysis Competition showcased her dedication to nurturing future generations of scientists.

In addition to her academic pursuits, Dr. Siti's career journey has been characterized by her role as an Innovation and Entrepreneurship Assistant Director at Asia School of Business. Over the years, she has held various positions, including Innovation and Entrepreneurship Manager, Senior Academic Associate, and Academic Associate at the same institution. Her contributions to the fields of innovation and entrepreneurship have been instrumental in shaping the educational landscape.

She served as a Liaison Officer during the SEA Games in 2017, providing assistance to the deputy of the chief de mission of Myanmar during the biennial games held in Kuala Lumpur.
