Standard Alliance Insurance is Nigeria’s first insurance company and has been in business since 1960. The company was established in response to Nigerian surging insurance needs at the time. It quickly grew to become one of the leading insurers in the country and is rated among the top four non-life general insurers by Business Day newspaper.
