Stratus Properties Inc. (NASDAQ: STRS) was founded in 1975 as a private operating and investment entity. Stratus has since grown to become one of the largest owner/operators of commercial real estate in the Austin, Texas MSA. Stratus also owns and operates multiple residential communities, resorts, hotels, and other commercial business entities. Stratus is continuing to grow, expand into new markets, and diversify its offerings.
