It also manufactures pollution control equipment, size reduction equipment, pneumatic conveying systems, and grinding equipment for industrial applications; and clean air, grinding, and conveying solutions. The company was incorporated in 1951 and is headquartered in Pune, India.

History

Sudarshan was founded in 1962 in Pune, India by Palasubramania Iyer. Sudarshan is now led by his son, S. Ramachandran, and employs more than 700 people in nine countries. In 2015, Sudarshan began its global expansion with strategic acquisitions in North America and Europe.
