Sundial Growers Inc. is a private company founded in 2013 in Alberta, Canada. The company was initially a contract processor of cannabis flower, resins and oils. In 2017, it acquired a facility in Alberta that is now used as its main cultivation and manufacturing facility and obtained a Health Canada Licensed Producer license. In April 2018, the company completed an initial public offering on the Canadian Securities Exchange and raising over $123 million in gross proceeds.
