Tanzanian Gold Corporation (TNX) was incorporated in British Columbia, Canada in May 2005 under the name Mustang Minerals Corporation and was listed for trading on the TSX Venture Exchange in November of that year. Subsequent to several strategic acquisitions, Mustang joined the Toronto Stock Exchange as a Tier 2 issuer in June 2008.
