History

Tattooed Chef was founded in 2015 in South Gate, California, by husband-and-wife team Jesse and Rachael McCray. Initially the company focused primarily on pre-made pitas, but has since added a variety of products ranging from bowls and burritos to organic vegetable pouches and custom wraps.
