The Company was incorporated as a private limited company under the name of Technodex Sdn. Bhd. on 10 September 2003 and it was then converted into a public limited company on 7 April 2005. Technodex Berhad was listed on 23 August 2006 on the MESDAQ Market of Bursa Securities Malaysia Berhad, which is now the ACE Market of Bursa Securities Malaysia Berhad.
