History

TerrAscend began in 2011 in Toronto, Canada as the parent company of Solace Health, a leading telemedicine platform for medical cannabis. In 2017, the company became a publicly traded company on the Toronto Stock Exchange, and has since grown to become one of the most dynamic and innovative cannabis companies in North America.
