Over the course of more than two decades, Vincent held a number of senior compliance and governance positions. He served as Chief Compliance Officer for banks, investment advisers, and a broker-dealer, where he oversaw compliance with regulatory requirements relating to customer privacy, information security, anti-money laundering obligations, corporate governance, compensation practices, and consumer protection. He also served as Anti-Money Laundering Compliance Officer, HIPAA Compliance Officer, and Corporate Secretary, gaining experience in regulatory oversight, internal controls, and organizational governance.
Drawing on this background, Vincent transitioned into legal practice focused on cybersecurity, privacy, and compliance.
