Triterras was founded in 2016 by Ganesh, Kaku, and Mike, three technologists and entrepreneurs with a shared vision of better enabling an efficient, transparent, and integrated global trade and finance system. The company’s name comes from the Greek for “three earths”, a reference to the fact that individuals and organizations operate in three distinct and complex business environments - international trade, finance, and technology.
