History

Since its founding in 1995, Unimicron has grown from a single factory in Changhwa, Taiwan to over 60 factories around the world with more than 10,000 employees. Unimicron has leveraged the industrial strengths of its global locations to design, manufacture, and assemble PCB solutions ranging from HDI, rigid, and flexible boards to solder masked, component foiled, and multi-layer boards.
