History

USI has been providing risk management and insurance solutions for over 90 years. In 1928, a group of Houston-area insurance agents recognized the need for consolidated operations and founded United States Industries, Inc. Since then, USI has continually innovated, utilizing technology and expanding operations to ensure our clients are served with the best solutions. USI started overseas operations in 1984 and underwent several acquisitions throughout the following decades.
