History

The company, which was founded in 1977 by Kochouseph Chittilappilly, started its operations with the manufacturing of voltage stabilizers. In 1989, the company set up its first manufacturing unit, followed by a research and development unit in 1994. In the year 2000, it diversified into water heaters and pumps, and then adopted a unique business model wherein every product was sold through specific retail outlets. In 2006, it started manufacturing solar water heaters and in 2011, the company diversified into newer categories like air coolers, fans, pumps and more.
