Vista Oil & Gas is a Mexican oil and gas exploration and production company formed in 2015. The company was the result of a joint venture between Vista Growth and Vista Capital Partners, and since then has become the largest privately held oil and gas production company in Mexico. Vista has successfully acquired, developed, and operated assets across the country, and is continuing to expand its operations on a global scale.
