Wendy Diaz Gálvez is a seasoned professional with over six years of impactful contributions at IBM, where she currently serves as the Sales Manager for IBM Software in Europe. With a rich background in business development, partner management, and sales operations, Wendy has played a key role in driving IBM's growth across diverse regions, including the BEXIBIT Region (Spain, Italy, Belgium, and Netherlands) and Spanish South America. Wendy's educational journey includes an Executive Master's degree in Marketing and Sales from Esade, where she focused on Artificial Intelligence in Business and E-commerce management. Currently serving as the Sales Manager for IBM Software in Europe since January 2023, she has played a pivotal role in steering the growth and development of IBM's software solutions in the European market.

Prior to her current role, Wendy held the position of Business Development Manager for IBM Data AI & IoT in the BEXIBIT Region (Spain, Italy, Belgium, and Netherlands) from January 2022 to January 2023. In this capacity, she demonstrated her strategic acumen and leadership in driving business initiatives within this diverse geographical region.

Wendy's association with IBM spans over six years, with notable roles such as Partner Account Manager for IBM Ecosystem in Peru, Bolivia, and Ecuador, where she managed partner relationships and contributed to the ecosystem's growth. She also served as the Sales Operations Leader for IBM Ecosystem in Spanish South America, focusing on effective sales strategies and operational excellence. Wendy's journey with IBM began in Software Sales Operations, and she progressively moved up the ranks, showcasing her dedication and expertise.
