Windlab Ltd is a public listed renewable energy company that researches, develops and understands the potential for large-scale wind farms (wind power) and solar photovoltaic systems to assist energy users to make energy from the wind. The company is based in Australia, but has its operations in five countries across four continents and has partnered with some of the most respected names in the industry.

History

Windlab started its initial operations in 2003. The company was established by a team of experienced wind developers who shared a common vision that Australia had a great potential for wind energy development. Windlab subsequently worked on a number of large-scale projects for the development and supply of wind energy across Australia, New Zealand and the Asia-Pacific region. In 2014, the company listed on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) and saw its share price increase rapidly in the following years.

Windlab’s mission is to become the premier provider of wind energy solutions in the Asia Pacific region. By delivering innovative products and services, we will seek to create more efficient, reliable and affordable energy solutions that reduce environmental impact and reduce the cost of energy.
