WorldStartup is a global entrepreneurship platform on a mission to accelerate the global transition to more sustainable and equitable societies by supporting purpose-driven innovators create long-standing impactful ventures.

History

Since its inception in 2015, it has become one of the most active venture support organisations in the Netherlands. Starting off as the first accelerator in The Hague and as a pioneer in focusing on the SDGs, which allowed us to become part of the B Corp community in 2019, WorldStartup has moved from acceleration programs to a more ambitious approach.

Goals And Purpose

According to the company, their main goal and mission is: “At WorldStartup we believe an inclusive and regenerative global economy is the way forward for a sustainable future. That is why we create communities, offer support programmes and unlock resources for changemakers to grow their business and foster a positive impact on society and nature. Our goal is to create opportunities for positive growth in every corner of the world by promoting the power of collaboration and the beauty of equality.”
