Yau Lee Holding was established in 1973 by Yau Lee, who has been providing innovative construction solutions ever since. They were the first company in Hong Kong to construct large-scale housing estates, with their first project being the Tsui Fook Estate in Tuen Mun. From there, they expanded their business and undertook commercial building, road works and drainage, private housing development, property investment, building system renovation, and facilities management projects.
