History

Yonyou was founded in 1988 by Zhang Yaoding, who has since served as its chairman. The company started out as a business software provider and soon moved into the field of ERP software, becoming the first company in mainland China to establish such a product line. In 1995, Yonyou became the first Chinese company to be accredited as an SAP partner. This allowed the company to pioneer SAP’s enterprise resource planning software in the country.
